When I recorded the third episode of 2018, I was almost starving myself. Still taking it slow with the injury and getting back into the workout, so that’s good. But this time I actually give you what I ate for the day, 2 apples and a small salad. Not necessarily a bad day, but that should not be the everyday diet. There was hope then, and there is hope now. I have done this before; I can do it now. Only now I can do it better. Slower, but healthier. Patience is not easy to come by, let’s face it. That’s the lesson I learn from episode 31.
