RAF277: Weeks to a Better Body Fat

At this point in my fitness journey, I did not have my own biometric impedance analyzer. I could get that measurement at my dietician, otherwise, I was just using BMI to estimate my body fat. Since then I have acquired a scale that gives me BIA as well. And right now, I don’t have a body fat number because I just started using my scale again and that function is currently not working.
